Please fill out this assignment form to give the Children's Department advance notice of upcoming reports and the materials that your students will need to fulfill them. If we are given at least one week's notice, we will try to set these materials aside for them. Be aware that our resources are limited in quantity (for example, we will not be able to give each student multiple copies of books on the same subject.) If we have your assignments beforehand we can limit the number of books that each student may take out and our resources can be shared more fairly.
