Book Review Form

Please read the following information before filling out and submitting the form below.

Reviews are intended for use on our blog in our Book Reviews By Kids, For Kids feature.

Submitting the review means that you agree to allow it to be posted on our Children's Blog, and linked to other library social media sites (name optional*, see form).  Reviewers will be notified when their review is posted online.  Anyone who submits a review will be entered in a raffle to win a prize.

Phone numbers are required for our online form so that we may confirm that the child has the permission of a parent/guardian to display the review online.

*Unless otherwise specified, the child's first name and last initial will be displayed with the review.

All levels of writing will be accepted from children of all ages!
